Test applications and analysis results can be obtained by visiting the shop or through a visit by the Gene Master.
A simple explanation of the gene test analysis can be provided by phone or email upon request.

How to use DNA sampling kit
Consuming food/drink, smoking and brushing your teeth is prohibited 30 minutes before the test.
Put the formula inside the stick pouch into your mouth and gargle vigorously for 20 seconds.
Spit out the formula into the sampling container.
Press down on the sampling container lid to completely close.
Write your personal information (name/phone number/birth date) on the label included in the kit and stick onto the sampling container.
Place the sampling container in the box and give it to the Gene Master. You may request the Gene Master to visit the shop or any other location of your choice.
* For those who must send the box, please send the package by cash on delivery.
The Gene Master will analyze the gene test report and provide consulting directly. You may request the Gene Master to visit the shop or any other location of your choice.
The gene test and analysis will be conducted professionally by Korea’s greatest DNA analysis center, THE GENEBIO.
The Results of Genetic Test
Summary report on your genetic test results
Your gene test report will arrive about 7 days after completing the test. Experience GENERTE’s 1:1 customized skin care that is managed through individual skin codes.
